After the recount and appreciation of ballots and other evidence in the pilot precincts, as well as the official results in the unrevised precincts, protestee now has a lead of 9,033 votes over protestant Benaldo. A reduction of a mere 18 votes is not compelling reason to continue with the Tribunal’s judicial review over this case.
